Was founded in June 1982 by Engr. Abraham N. Dizon, a licensed Mechanical Engineer, who saw the potential of a machine shop business while innovating air rifle components in a family-owned sporting goods business. As its name denotes, the firm specializes in spring fabrication but was equally proficient in providing general machine shop services.
