DBSI was founded in June 1982 by Engr. Abraham N. Dizon, a licensed Mechanical Engineer, He saw the potential of a machine shop business while innovating air rifle components in a family-owned sporting goods business. As its name denotes, the firm specializes in spring fabrication but was equally proficient in providing general machine shop services.
DBSI was incorporated in 1990 to succeed the single proprietorship of “BETA SPRINGS.” Since then, the Corporation has continually expanded its products and services line to achieve its mission then, which was to be a “metalworking one-stop shop,” a shop than can provide services from metal fabrication to metal finishing.
